Structural Engineer (m/f/d)
As a structural engineer you prepare the structural calculations and proofs for our interior-fit-out and renovation projects in Berlin — from load determination to verifiable documents for the building application. You work closely with our site management and the executing trades.
Your responsibilities
- Structural calculations and stability proofs for conversions, wall openings and extensions
- Load determination and dimensioning of load-bearing components
- Preparation of verifiable documents for building applications and the checking engineer
- Coordination with site management, architects and authorities
- Condition surveys and damage reports for existing buildings
Your profile
- Degree in civil/structural engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in structural design, ideally with existing buildings
- Confident with common structural-analysis software
- Structured, careful way of working
- Very good written and spoken German
